Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $25
  • Orders are shipped on business days only: Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.
  • Orders submitted before 10 AM CST will ship the same business day.
  • All packages are shipped via USPS
  • Standard: Will arrive in two to three business days
  • Overnight: Will arrive the following business day
  • Packages are not shipped to P.O. boxes or military addresses

Returns

We happily accept most unused and unworn merchandise with tags attached within 14 days of the received date for a full refund or credit.

In no event will Panacea be obligated to accept the exchange of merchandise that has been damaged through the customer’s actions or omissions. Damage occurring during return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return. Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
